During her consistent career she delved into operations and commercialization of international products. Extensive experience and participation in organization activities, team supervision and operational and customer support. Has participated in familiarization trips to Europe, United States, and several Eastern European countries accompanying travel agents groups. Lived two years in the United States when she worked in image and style consulting for the retail fashion industry. Carmencita is fluent in English and Spanish.

Raised in the aviation environment, as most of her family was part of it for years, the passion for traveling was noticeable from an early age. Accumulating travel experiences since young, believes that traveling is an essential part of lifelong learning. While as an intern, was hired by the same company her family worked for in the past, Varig. She chose to major in Tourism and follow in the footsteps of her parents. The main area of expertise was focused on consulting services for tour operators. Passionate about travel, she knows a large part of Brazil, Argentina and Chile. Among her strongest assets is her ability to organize, service, plan and execute operational sales activities at Europcar.
